We had a great trip to Red River at the beginning of August. We went with Neil's brother and his family, my dad only works an hour and a half from Red River so he met us there for a couple days. We were there for about a week. We stopped in Amarillo and stayed the night on the way down there to break up the drive. We had a great relaxing week with cool weather. It was such a change from the extreme heat we've had in Texas for months. Davis was getting 2 of his top teeth in on the trip, so the first couple of days he wasn't feeling good. He loved spending time with his cousins though. He wanted to be as big as they are! On the way back we drove straight back 11 hours. Whew..that was rough, but we made it! It was such a fun trip, but it's always nice to be home!

Cousin time is always so fun. Davis is an exceptionally adorable little boy! I would almost say beautiful, but that just insults his boyness. :) I love all the family pics!
